Field Salad has the perfect blends of colorful salad greens which work well for the fall and winter months. The addition of  red pears  and walnuts a fresh change. This recipe serves 4 but you can double the recipe.

5-oz. pkg. Field Salad greens
1 red pear, thinly sliced
1/4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
3 T. raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing
2 T. walnuts, finely chopped
Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss gentlly. Spoon onto plates and sprinkle evenly with walnuts. Serves 4.
